Trading and leverage risk
Futures and other leveraged products involve substantial risk and are not suitable for everyone. Losses can exceed the initial amount committed to a position; margin requirements, liquidity and market conditions can change. A subscription, trial, licence or positive backtest does not insure capital or limit losses.
Consider your own ability to understand the strategy and bear losses. AlgoTrader's software offer does not make a personalized suitability assessment, select a broker account or manage funds for you. We do not promise a target return, trading-loss reimbursement or regulatory endorsement.
Published performance is not your account record
Backtests and forward/demo observations are hypothetical or simulated, including when they use real-time data. Actual source fills used in a model or aggregate do not turn it into the actual history of one account. Actual account performance must be expressly identified and substantiated for that account and period. None of these records establishes what your independent instance will earn.
Review the source period, release version, parameters, capital/sizing and cost assumptions. Unless an item is expressly included in the source calculation, do not assume that subscription fees, brokerage charges, slippage or other costs have been deducted. Past performance does not guarantee future results and historical drawdown is not a future loss limit.
Your independent instance
The strategy can make trading decisions and submit orders automatically in your customer-operated NinjaTrader instance. Full automation does not eliminate the need to monitor it. You choose the account, exposed settings, data and operating schedule. Data feeds, chart construction, instruments, trading hours, latency, fills, account size and fees can change results even with the same code.
AlgoTrader does not copy published trades into your account, remotely operate your instance, hold your funds or accept trading authority. Website trades and Open Positions describe the evaluation source, not your broker positions or orders. Use NinjaTrader and brokerage records to confirm your actual activity.
Software, connectivity and order risks
Software bugs, configuration mistakes, market-data gaps, network outages, a native platform or host failure, a broker rejection, partial fill, duplicate order or reconnect can affect a strategy. Stops and other controls may not fill at their intended prices. Test the specific release and settings in simulation and understand the product's start, stop, update and recovery instructions.
Automated strategy execution needs monitoring. Keep access to native and brokerage controls and review actual working orders and positions after an interruption. The website cannot verify a safe native trading state merely from its own status.
Licensing, expiry and billing risks
Native product access depends on the correct identity and confirmed entitlement. A payment and a completed native licence check are separate. Trial or paid expiry can affect access; a saved package file does not extend a licence.
No offline grace period, fixed native cache duration, immediate safe termination of an in-flight strategy, order cancellation or automatic position liquidation is promised by a website cancellation, refund or licence action. Resolve access questions before relying on the strategy and manage existing positions independently.
Versions and support
Read each release's requirements and parameter changes before importing it. Do not replace strategy software during a run without following the native and product procedures. A newer release can behave differently; available updates do not guarantee higher returns.
For a web, payment or licence problem, contact AlgoTrader support. For actual orders, positions, brokerage access or NinjaTrader account recovery, use the relevant platform/provider controls and support. A support request is not an emergency order instruction.
