Licensed strategy software and independent execution

AlgoTrader provides compiled, protected NinjaTrader strategy software through software-use licences. A subscription pays for software access and available updates, not a return or loss protection. You run and supervise the strategy in your own NinjaTrader instance with your own account, settings and data. AlgoTrader does not copy trades, access your broker credentials, operate your instance remotely or accept trading authority. The strategy generates and submits orders locally; the website does not execute or verify them. Matching code does not promise matching performance.

Published performance

Backtested, forward/demo and live-derived model results describe evaluation sources, not your broker account. Live market data or actual source fills do not make a model or combined history an actual account record. Past results are not necessarily indicative of future results. Review each result's period, starting capital, sizing and recorded costs; do not assume unreported costs are included.

Hypothetical performance — not an actual account record

HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. IN FACT, THERE ARE FREQUENTLY SHARP DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE ACTUAL RESULTS SUBSEQUENTLY ACHIEVED BY ANY PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM.

ONE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS IS THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY PREPARED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. IN ADDITION, HYPOTHETICAL TRADING DOES NOT INVOLVE FINANCIAL RISK, AND NO HYPOTHETICAL TRADING RECORD CAN COMPLETELY ACCOUNT FOR THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL RISK IN ACTUAL TRADING. FOR EXAMPLE, THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND LOSSES OR TO ADHERE TO A PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM IN SPITE OF TRADING LOSSES ARE MATERIAL POINTS WHICH CAN ALSO ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS.

THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER FACTORS RELATED TO THE MARKETS IN GENERAL OR TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY SPECIFIC TRADING PROGRAM WHICH CANNOT BE FULLY ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE PREPARATION OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND ALL OF WHICH CAN ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS.

Trading is risky

Futures, forex, stocks, and options trading involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. Software, connectivity, market data, and order execution can fail. Automated trading requires supervision. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Leveraged losses can exceed the amount initially committed to a position.
